Mission Statement

Hillel Academy of Ottawa, a Kindergarten to Grade 8 Jewish community day school, educates children from across the spectrum of Jewish life.  We are committed to the pursuit of excellence in General, Judaic, Hebrew and French studies.  Students are provided with a nurturing ethical environment in which to grow to their fullest intellectual, social, and spiritual potential.  We instill a strong Jewish identity and a connection to the community and to Israel. Our graduates are knowledgeable and proud of their heritage, engaged with their community and with society at large, and prepared for future successes.
